RTM events sell out before the closing date be sure to register early to guarantee your spot.

Kid races are all inclusive pricing, including all activities and refreshments.

Every event registration includes:

• Race Registration

• Racer Bib

• Timing Chip (Trek and Kids Pack not required)

• Aid stations and finish line stocked with: Water, Sports Drink, Fruit, Energy Foods & Snacks
  (please bring a refillable bottle)

• Reusable cup for use at the festival

• Eligibility for Awards

• Lots of fun!

A few important dates:

• December 20, 2024 - Early Bird Registration begins, there are a limited number of early bird spots available.

• December 31, 2024 - Early bird pricing ends unless early bird spots are sold out before.

• April 15, 2025 - Regular pricing ends.

• May 1, 2025 - Deadline for all refunds and transfers

• June 1, 2025 - On-line registration closes at midnight (if not sold out beforehand)

• June 20, 2025 - Competitor Check-in & Waiver Signing - Kimberley Platzl Gazebo 

• June 21, 2025 - Round the Mountain Festival

Transfers & Refunds

• Registration Transfers will be available until May 1st, there will be a $10 fee for any registration changes (Please be patient)

• Refunds will be available at request up until May 1st, and will be cost of registration less any system fees (Please be patient)

• There will be NO REFUNDS or Registration Transfers available after May 1st

• Deferral requests will be provided for injuries only, and must be accompanied by documentation

All participants must also sign a waiver when picking up their race package; parents/guardians will need to sign a waiver for their child aged under 18.​
